Black (and white and polka-dotted) people need to decide whether their allegiance is to being "black" or to being an American. I am proud of my German heritage (which does not obligate me to take personal responsibility for what every German who ever lived did), but I am emphatically NOT a f!!!ing "German-American", but an AMERICAN!.
