"Reparations" will be in the platform, with extra subsidies for the areas "hardest hit" by the looters.

Meanwhile CNN will gleefully note that most of those stores were closed anyway so it's not as if anyone was going to go to work next week. Plus, they can hire illegals to clean up the cities.
