Thinking Insurrection declaration -> actual military action allowed -> NSA "Hey, I'd like 20,000 unmaskings" -> Guantanamo until it's all sorted. Do not pass go and collect $200.
I'm willing to join you in calling for this strategy. If we send a couple hundred letters we might get POTUS' attention, or put together a petition on whitehouse.gov calling for it.
Would be great if the puppet masters could get caught in this sort of operation as well.
Trump has so many enemies in the intel community that it's hard to imagine them cooperating with him on something of this nature, especially given the possibility of their complicity in Antifa's activities. But maybe Ratcliffe can change that.

The question is identifying the people. There's a short list of people authorized to directly do it. Radcliffe was confirmed "Director of National Intelligence" and sworn in ... Wednesday. And he's not swamp.
Basically: There's not much the total-assholes-near-controls can do. And 80% of the bulk are mostly "going along to get along".
