It looks like a massive forest fire to me. Now you could set a forest fire we have seen it before in Australia with terrorists setting bush fires.

So this could be either that or just a forest fire.

But if I wanted to destroy something like this. I would just roll up with a couple of people and some petrol and just destroy the substation and not the forest.
