Well, people are getting hurt. Mostly, from what I've seen, cops and biz owners trying to protect their livelihoods. Unfortunately, most of the biz owners I've seen this morning were unarmed, or only armed with melee/ improvised melee weapons.
I’ve been seeing liberals on multiple forums chiding others for criticizing the riots and looting because “it’s just property, why do you care so much about property and not black people’s lives?” Typical despicable rhetoric from the left justifying violence. I thought this man from the 1992 riots was a perfect example that destroying property does actually hurt other people and their livelihoods.
