This.... so much this. Everyone who thinks they are "burning their own shit" are greatly mistaken. Now with that said, any and all services related to servicing these hoods and ghettos should now be on the top of any cities and states lists for budget cutting. But they won't and at this point you'll start seeing taxpayers starting to revolt and that'll be a serious fucking problem.
