I am throwing my ignorance out here because some info seems limited but would reviewing and replacing the crime bill from the 90s be a good start for overall reform? I only ask this as it seems like pointing out the fact the Joe Biden crime bill put for profit prisons at the forefront of 'reasons to lock people up'. Just a thought I figured would be worth discussing. Curious how much that hated bill contributed to some of the animosity we see now.....and I love pointing out Democrat shit like this too. So maybe a win/win :D
