I get this but if the man had heart problems then the situation it self could have led to his death. Things I find weird there was no struggle to breath. I don't think that is what happens when someone dies. I am still convinced this was some kind of set up. This is all to well planned to be in such short notice or they had the plan ready to go for the next "racist" killing. Maybe they tried with the jogger but failed to rally enough support once it came out he wasn't jogging but breaking and entering.
