They will be and they have been charged. A woman hit one with her van with her child in the car while fleeing was arrested and charged with attempted murder. The FedEx driver was arrested. The black cop who decked a fat white bitch attacking fellow officer was fired.
And I'm sad to say, Trump cannot make an executive order to protect anyone. He has to play his cards carefully. Those people will hopefully all be cleared in court. Its a risk you take when defending yourself.
