Um we have a modified castle doctrine here in CA, difference is to kill someone they have to be armed as well. You can't just blow someone away if they are unarmed but if they are.... LOL you know what is happening next.
You can blow them away if they come on your property...
in CA its appropriate force, if u shoot them and they are unarmed your going to jail.
