She just said their local grocery store just closed, as well as the restaurants and shops adjoining it--because bus loads of people are arriving at a nearby parking lot, unloading everybody even as more busloads are pulling in. So, the looters are about to hit a quiet affluent suburb. Curse them to hell.

I hope all is well with her. Is she armed? Shoot anyone that threatens her or hers.
No, she's elderly, has never touched a gun. And her husband is dying of cancer, on a ventilator in the house. They're scared to death.
She needs to call the cops soon, if she hasn't done it. Hope she's okay.
