Never. Yesterday I pointed out to a reasonable intelligent black person that 13% of the population (Blacks) are responsible for 50% of the murders. His response was “Oh that makes sense because of societal conditions and institutional racism”. Needless to say “societal conditions” were created by whitey. As Little Rinio pointed out, it always comes back to white people. White people are the new Jews.
