It didn't settle well with me though.
I talked to a couple different homeless guys who said rubber bullets and tear gas were being used. I didn't witness any of that.
A helicopter with a spotlight was and continues (I can still hear it) to patrol downtown.
On the division bridge there was a 15 something year old with his buddy walking toward downtown asking if tear gas was still being used and he called cops something derogatory. I told him the cops are protecting our city. He said fuck the police. I said something about how we should be taking care of our city together, not destroying it. He said "Black lives matter." I told him all lives matter. I don't remember what he said. I called him racist then moved on.
No fires thankfully. I'm disappointed this bullshit hit my city too. Seems pretty chill compared to Seattle and Portland though.
