I doubt she originally intended these statements for the Washington Monument. Instead, I believe she was referring to the Confederate Soldiers and Sailors Monument in Birmingham's Linn Park. This monument has been the subject of controversy over the past few years and is a more likely target.

Don't get me wrong, she is a dirtbag and should be fired/prosecuted, but the Washington Monument thing might be fake news.

No, she ended the tweet by saying sarcastically that they should bring down the Washington Monument. It's exactly what she wants.

I respectfully disagree. She advises the rioters to stand 30ft away from the monument to avoid being crushed; this distance would not be far enough for a 500ft tall obelisk (i.e., the Washington Monument), but may work for a 50ft obelisk (i.e., the Confederate Soldiers and Sailors Monument).

Based on her correlation between vandals needed and obelisk height, you would need over 1000 rioters to topple the Washington Monument.

Connecting the Washington Monument to muh racism would be a feat of mental gymnastics impressive by even liberal standards. However, the confederate monument already has this controversy.

She specifically mentions Birmingham, where the Confederate Soldiers and Sailors monument resides.

If anything, I think her Washington Monument tweet was an afterthought. She may love to see it fall, like many america-hating liberals, but it is not her intended target.

Let's not fall into the trap of sensationalism and exaggeration like the leftists and fake news media do. We're better than them!
