Any attacks on the second amendment are null and void now. They always were, but now it's obvious to anyone that your safety is in your hands, and if you want to protect your family, you need to get an AR.
Also, national concealed carry reciprocity and hearing protection act NOW!!!
I saw a Reddit megathread yesterday with footage of the national guard screaming at people to go into their houses followed by one of them firing a non-lethal round at someone just sitting on their porch.
What struck me, other than the thread having every possible Reddit award and then some, was the number of highly upvoted posts which calmly endorsed citizens arming themselves for their own protection. They did not endorse firing back at the national guard, but they treated the incident as a caution that if the bullets were lethal, people must to be able to defend themselves.
The other thing that struck me is that for at least the first couple of pages scrolling down, none of the posts mentioned Trump or alt-right anything, and none of the posts called the national guard an organization of jackbooted thugs! So strange...

SAFE act vote was shelved by the Vegas shooting (three days before). Hilldawg mentioned suppressors seven hours later. Almonds.
