Maybe Trump should carry on with business as usual because he's the President in charge of the federal government, and all these elected fucks are literally standing down while shit gets looted. They can call in the National Guard themselves if they want, but the affected areas are so desperate for Far Left votes they'd rather let businesses absorb the cost of rioting in perpetuity through increased insurance for any Dem majority city / county.
Just like with Corona, he can say, they have the tools and information they need to make their own decisions, and he will help them when they ask for it.
