That doesn't mean he deserved to die. It doesn't matter what grades he got in high school or what he did. That wasn't why he was arrested that isn't why he died. It has no barring on any of it. It doesn't justify his murder nor does it suggest you cannot support him not being murdered.

The officer that murdered him was a shit person in life. Should he get a harsher sentence? Should they just restrain in handcuffed until he dies? He probably has high blood pressure and stress too, maybe that is the cause.

I doubt you would care if he was the next Mother Theresa. You're looking to justify his murder or make it seem not as important. It wouldn't be important to you regardless.

It is important to people because it is a symptom of what they see as police violence and other violence against them. The cop getting off, he got off before for violence and has a history of it, is another example to people of how they get away with it. They in fact do.
