The media pretends to be appalled at the violent rioting, but as soon as things start to calm down they conveniently switch to segments discussing "America's history of systemic racial injustice" or dredging up Eric Garner and Philando Castile to get reactions for their families about Floyd's death for no fucking reason. Every time things seem like they might be quitting down, there's the media deliberately churning out content to inflame the mob again, only to bemoan the violence after.
