A guy caught a couple people changing plates on their mercedes in his neighborhood, videoed them, harassed them until they left. But what we need to do is hold them for the coppers or a civilian tribunal or whatever dispensation is done in a riot huh.
Don't let them just drive off is the point, they are worth the time and trouble to arrest them, detain them, punish them. If they threaten you use whatever force is needed to protect yourself and your community.

Saw the video where the guy caught three Antifa fags changing plates and told them to fuck off. Really wish he had been more confrontational though. They were dressed in all black, two were hiding their faces, the girl was attempting to stop him from seeing the plate number, they're changing plates, it's VERY obvious that they're getting ready to start some stuff. Might as well bring that stuff to them. Cover the face, go outside, and a nice bat to the head would likely bring reality crashing down on those three losers real quick. Leave the scene, make an anonymous phone call about some people that were doing something suspicious in the neighborhood. If police come (likely busy with other shit), they'll find some people that learned a hard lesson and - on top of that - likely supplies used to further the riots along with multiple plates in the car. If police don't come, those losers can stumble their way home.
