That's kinda why the left is reeeeing over labeling Antifa a terrorist org as "unconstitutional". It's only because the US gov have never been classifying them. They were just arresting perps like regular criminals.

The JDL is no longer considered a terrorist org if I remember correctly, and the KKK certainly isn't because there is no "the" KKK but multiple groups using that name. I don't think most of those really exist.
