And they're good enough at those two planks that "Red Metropolises" are simply not a thing.

I have autism and never fit in at school and because of it was more or less forced to fit in by teachers and wasn’t able to be my own person. I wasn’t fit for school, I wasn’t fit for college, I wasn’t fit to be some doctor. I was fit to be my own person. But that was essentially stripped by me, it was stripped to want to be my own person by the school. So as I got older I started to say “nah fuck this, I don’t want the government controlling my life the way teachers did. If I’m an adult why the fuck can’t I raise my kids the way I want to? Why can’t my kids be homeschooled, why the fuck do I need to pay for social programs that don’t benefit me or serve my interests. Why can’t I just give the money to my church instead?“ And then college There was a class where I said “why can’t I be an individual?” and a professor said Something like “well you’re gonna need doctors that went to public school”. And that moment I knew why I thought the way I did because the modern world is evil and it tried to shape me into a sheep my whole life but I never bought in. And Bernie Sanders telling me I can’t be a construction worker because it’s harmful to the environment and have to hand over all my money to pay for illegal aliens was no different than Mrs. First Grade telling me I have to go to college and can’t just be the next Triple H.
This is a Fundamental Conservative Tenant.
What you said is powerful. The Rioters in the Street are battling against this simple concept here. Its probably also why the city riots are so intense. They are raging against individuality. They do not see Goerge Floyd as a man. They see George Floyd as a Black man. They will not give him the dignity to be an individual. He must be balkanized into a collective. This is the core of the reality in our nation. Everything is spiritual.

Same here on this point. I had to reinvent myself after college I still know I had a lot of creativity and energy as a kid that was repeatedly suppressed, and I haven't gained it all back since.
