It has always been a desire of myself to be a member of the NRA even though I do not reside in the states nor am I a citizen. Is there a way for me to gain NRA membership outside of the States?

That is a fantastic question the NRA should look into for you and millions of others around the globe who support America and her freedoms.
I recommend going to the website and sending an email about that. Come back on here and post to all pedes the response. I doubt it has been done thus far since it’s only a national organization but I wonder if anyone has ever proposed the idea of an international outreach.
