Protester attacks bar owner, owner had fired two previous warning shots at a duo who had assaulted him. Third one attacks and loses life. Bar owner will not be charged on grounds of self defense. Protesters wanted him charged on murder. (youtu.be)

I wouldn't give a single warning shot. It opens you up to other legal bullshit. CCW classes always teach to shoot to stop the threat - never fire "warning" shots. That shit gets you charges for discharging a firearm within city limits and/or brandishing.
