Protester attacks bar owner, owner had fired two previous warning shots at a duo who had assaulted him. Third one attacks and loses life. Bar owner will not be charged on grounds of self defense. Protesters wanted him charged on murder. (youtu.be)

I’m just here to say don’t ever fire a warning shot. You’ll be extremely lucky to survive the prosecution if your local govt wants to stick it to you. Warning shots are legal proof that you’re not in flight or fight mode, therefore not in fear of life/harm.
