I have no idea, which is why even the people on this board ranting about how this is murder need to shut the fuck up and wait for an investigation.

However given every other incident we've seen of a black guy getting killed by the police followed by riots, information generally came out justifying the police action (hi there Michael Brown). So advocating people settle down and wait for an investigation is the only thing that makes sense.
