Never, because those crimes require a specific plan to overthrow the government.

In Yates v. United States (1957), the Supreme Court held, 6-1, that the Communist Party USA teaching abstract beliefs and ideals in support of overthrowing government was not a crime and was protected by the First Amendment. Only a specific, real, actionable plan to overthrow the government is criminal.

Don Lemon here just seems to be opining on what Trump is doing. Claiming this is sedition makes you look like a complete idiot who doesn't understand what words even mean.
