That 50 state experiment showed the failure of Democratic leadership and the success of GOP leadership.
This is a completely different situation. I trust Trump's instincts and am sure he considered counsel from competent advisors before making his decision. We don't know how far he'll push it, but this could be a complete success or go ass up.
I'm hoping that a show of force will dissuade rioters with no shots fired. I hope US troops are deployed to back up local cops for intimidation purposes and exercise restraint.
I've been behind enemy lines watching CNN for the past couple hours, and they are predicting another Kent State.
Thoughts? I'm not looking for unqualified support for Trump's decision, as this decision will set a precedent for future Presidents.

The Mayors and Governors have bungled this from Day 1. But he still gave them an out before the Military arrives. He told them suppress it with overwhelming force or he would.
Plus Military is only heading to especially hard it areas where things have crossed the line from incompetence into blatant stupidity places like Minneapolis for instance.
