In their minds, not only does America have the magic dirt of prosperity, but only certain areas of America (where the white people are) have the magic dirt. It’s amazing! How could you ever expect Chicago to be a prosperous place to build a family and a community? There’s no good magic dirt there. All the magic dirt is in, you know, like Idaho and shit. Those white people took Idaho for themselves and gave them Chicago? No fair! What could ever be built in Chicago?
