Hmm. At the risk of downvotes, I still believe the officer was more than aware of what he was doing. The peaceful protests shouldn’t be aimed at this one man in particular, but police culture in general. The opportunist antifa fags and looters are not the only ones taking the streets right now.

I still think all of the cops conduct was poor as well. Why police culture in general though? This is an extraordinarily rare occurrence. People seem to think it happens once then it happens all the time. That's not so.

Attacking people who had nothing to do with this is ridiculous.

You also have to be very careful with including people background to make judgements about a specific situation. Whatever mistakes Floyd made in his past don't mean that the cops didn't do a bad job, though their lapses in competence are also greatly exaggerated by most people. It makes no difference.

I will tell you this...

All these people who die, that are supposed to be innocent... all live a life of crime.

Arbery, Floyd, Trayvon, etc. Nothing to do with race. If you don't want to be a victim of police brutality and you don't want to have frequent negative interactions with the police the best way to do that is to stay out of trouble and don't be a criminal.

If you had one wish, then wishing you were white would insignificantly impact your chances of death by cop. Wishing you weren't a criminal would reduce your chances at least ten thousand times.

It's the same old story, friends and family, distant relatives, colleagues (employees of the same gang), etc all vouch for them that they were innocent upstanding citizens then declare it must have been because they were black but it always turned out not so.

When the decider is not race but criminality then you have to wonder what it is those out protesting really have that makes them so afraid of the police.

He died of a heart attack. He was complaining about not being able to breath before he was in the ground and before office chauvin was even on the scene.
