In fact even whites are out. There's more than 70 percent Indian visa workers powering the Valley according to the Mercury News in San Jose. It's all a scam.

I’m in academia, and I can say for a fact I’ve lost out on at least 50 jobs to people that I know for certain are less qualified, less experienced, and less educated, just because my gender and skin color didn’t fill a diversity quota. And then I have to be lectured to about how privileged I am and don’t know what discrimination, persecution or oppression is
I've considered putting female and black on my applications to be honest. They'd be bigots to question me, so I might as well, and hiring me if I display such blatant mental illness would help boost their social justice score and fill their quotas
