I've been reading a lot of discussion on various platforms and people seem to genuinely think that the riots are justified. That apparently "human lives are infinitely more important than billion dollar corporations." They make fun of "white people are defending target laawl" but fail to understand that the riots are not only harming small businesses, but the livelihoods of the local community as well.

Billion dollar corporations have the resources and leverage to survive this. People who are not limousine liberals do NOT. They will excuse anything. I believe, based on the discussions I am having that most lefties are beginning to see the folly in this. I hope they do or this is all for naught.

You must know different lefties.

My social media feed is was filled with leftists who aren’t getting it at all. Four cops were shot in St. Louis and my idiot lefty “friends” who live there are STILL up, still on the internet, knowing these cops were shot, posting BLM, white privilege nonsense. They literally don’t fucking care.

Idk, I’m 29 years old and am starting to realize I don’t need hundreds of friends and I don’t need to be liked by a bunch of people. I have a significant other who shares my views, as well as friends and family. I just need to be a man and cut these morons out of my life. It’s not worth the frustration and aggravation.

I had to face the reality in the last few years and ended up cutting off so many "friends." After all, it turned out that most of the relationships were very superficial, and being able to shoot the shit about random daily stuff does not translate into the ability to have serious conversations. Everyone I've enjoyed many days with for years was in full attack mode right after I chose not to vote for "Her," and it never ended.

Family, significant other, a couple of close friends, that's about it.
