In preparation for the President of the United States walking through the streets they cleared a path. Protesters were first asked to clear the area, then warned to leave the area, then told to leave the area, and those left over were gassed or shot.
Well if the President of the USA planned to walk through Lafayette Park, I expect that the park was cleared by SS. Anyone who didn't belong or listen to the SS would get cleared one way or another.
Again, I understand that the media is lying. I just am looking for some sort of evidence that either they were being threatening or that the Secret Service had attempted to clear them out and they wouldn't leave.

They were told to leave the area because violence & destruction occurred the previous night & the police wanted to clear the area before 1) it got outta hand again & 2) Trump was coming there & they had to create a safe zone where he wasn't going to be exposed to any danger. The crowd was first instructed to disperse & leave. When they didn't, tear gas & flash bangs.

Well curfew was at 7. Trump finished his speech with like less than 10 minutes until curfew. Those protestors had no intention of leaving.
That makes a lot of sense. So they were supposed to have gone home. Even if they were there peacefully they were disobeying the curfew orders.
