OP, either you advocate for "Castle Doctorine" or "Stand Your Ground". Pick one. Personally, I would love to see "Stand your ground" enacted in every single state. Right now it is only enacted in 27 states I think.

Yup, this. Everybody has a fundamental right to protect themselves, period. It is unacceptable that anybody should be declared a criminal for simply exercising their rights.
We have a nationwide castle doctrine. It's called the 2nd amendment. And it just got a few million more supporters this week

Imagine how many pardons hell be giving to us Americans protecting our lives. I will not let this come to my neighborhood and it is close.
