Look on the bright side: you got out of Babylon just in time to see the city burn from a safe distance.
I've been WFH since this plandemic started and the riots are getting started in the city where my office is... let's just say I'm not showing up in the office again any time soon.
Now those under the thumb of the democrat machine sooner or later must ask, "What, really, was gained?" They wanted the City Hall, the real estate, the jobs, the businesses, the schools, the power, and now, they have it all. Looking around, they ask themselves, eventually, "Was it worth it?" Years of subversive manipulation, dirty politics, indentity cliques, all to rule. Now, what do they rule? Cities and States essentially abandoned, out dated plants, broken budgets, and a citizenry with nothing but his hand out for more. Not to mention the crime, drugs, violence, corruption, run-down infrastructure, and all the rest that goes with "taking over," politically. Starving parasites, with no hope but for another host.
It is in the American character to choose sites for homes, factories, and towns after taking into consideration the defensibility. Heck, notice the early American cities were on the and often surrounded by water, (a key factor at that time,) For shipping, yes, but also a tactical advantage. In the cold climates is another. The high ground, another. The railroads brought another dimension -- the heartland could spread out. Just look at our suburbs and near rural. I was looking a a map someone found of how Antifa plans to spread out from eastern Cleveland. They plan to go west along the lake to Lorain and back. All I could think of was "Good luck, snowflake." I'd hand it to them if they got past Rocky River.
Anyone that has studied history beyond public indoctrination knows a defendable position is a better option to make camp. Every civilization has its moments where they have to defend what is theirs.
I have five children and two grandchildren and counting. The oldest three kids hold degrees and did not fall for the brainwashing of college. One is a Marine. All are patriots. I own several businesses, all based and productive and all pay well above their specific industry standard. I employ dozens and they all provide for their family.
I'm assuming you can read but I'll repeat it for you - "Means nothing unless you're procreating and teaching."
You obviously procreated and sounds like you did a damn good job. I'm referring to all the "Patriots" that are childless who have the ability to procreate.
I can read exceptionally well. Your comment was directed at me with no reference to others. You came off sounding like a dismissive jerk. I can see you can write, but perhaps work on expressing yourself more clearly and precisely next time. MAGA on.
Hardly, it was a general point being made and an accurate one. Obviously I don't know them personally. He easily could have responded "Damn straight, which is why I have X kids." Instead he took some victim angle.
Put in my place? I still don't get what's going on here, I made a general statement. I've met many people who consider themselves patriots yet they don't have kids and have no plans to, this is a real issue. You took it personally which is why you detailed your family tree, that's on you not me.
I’ve been looking at low wage jobs in Oklahoma. Housing is cheap too. I would hate to leave the state of Washington, so beautiful here, but Democrats make it a nasty place to live.
Weeds sprout up anywhere, even if the grass is greener. Once WA is destroyed, OK will be next. We have a problem with Leftist Jihadi Appleseed spreading weeds.
Agreed. My wife and I are at the point where we can't see the beauty of WA without thinking "yeah butt... the stupid runs so deep and keeps rising up daily now."
Just do not bring any iota of their shitty policies.
We are at a stage we have to check whether everyone coming from liberal shitholes completely understands the text and spirit of the us constitutions and the principles behind it.
I don't think of it as retreating as much as monetarily supporting a different economy. Put you tax dollars into a sub-system that supports liberty and freedom.
idk man, a drop in an ocean of illegals and leftists seems like a waste, especially when me and my families safety is at stake. Kinda rather shore up the base somewhere that truly matters.
My family has been attacked by cny urban scum for 2 years. Og’s using these kids becuase they won’t get charged. Disgusting. Finally we loved out this last weekend.
Dodging bullets otw out literally. The scum shooting up the streets for ‘injustices’.
Not bad if your rent but man I feel for people that own a house or are paying off a house and live in certain areas. With the growing recession, some people are going to be stuck in place for the better part of this decade.
I knew plenty of people that got fucked in 2008. Some of them weren't able to do much of anything for 6 years.
Even with things like tourism which is a big part of most places. Are people going to go to New York for any type of Holiday in the next couple of years?
We're going to have to have armed guards at the polling stations probably...that is, if things haven't devolved by that point. This shit isn't going away any time soon.
MN will always vote Blue. After Dayton I was convinced that a Rep would be Gov, but nope we elected walz. As for St. Paul and MInneapolis, well those cities are so fricken liberal it would take the rapture to change them to red.
Some of us on here need to compile a list of companies who have donated to the Minnesota Freedom Fund and other orgs that are bailing out the criminals. I’m not really a boycotter, but some of the places I choose to spend my money have now donated to these orgs and I’m not okay with that.
There's little adjustment needed moving from a shithole to the country. The biggest shocker is how much better you breathe and your heart attack feelings disappear. Then you realize that you only spend about 5 minutes a month waiting at stoplights. Online ordering gets you anything you want and you'll absolutely love the local meat lockers and all the friendly people.
As I live in a blue state, not far enough from some of this silliness, i am just taking the next few days off to avoid the riots... I sure hope the military rolls in quick and puts this back in order before I have to go back to work.
I think I made a mistake moving to the Pittsburgh area lol. Just so I can find job opportunities(still haven't worked since I moved in 3 weeks ago), use transit and be closer to relatives in Philly.
Normal people who aren't liberal and don't vote Dim are probably asking themselves "Why bother?" Taxes, infrastructure, job options, crime, high rent, sanctuary cities, traffic. Why bother?
The problem is the blue collar jobs I desire are where these blue crapholes are and where the transit is. There's gotta be options in the east.
I just applied for a job in Wyoming. At first I was a little unsure about moving so far away from where I am now, but after this weekend, it's looking better and better out there.
My parents left Tennessee for Florida in the 1950s, to get away from my Dad's clingy mother and to have more job opportunities. Within 3 years, my grandparents (Mom's), her brother & family, and her sister & family all moved to the same town in Florida. If you need to move, your family will probably think about it and come, too.
Sadly the disease of liberalism is spreading everywhere. Even in the most red states the commies are setting up shop and coming in hard. I'm in Idaho and the new mayor of Boise recently released a statement saying she wants to make it just like San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. My fellow Idahoans need to come together and stand strong against this kind of crap infiltrating out cities. This cancer must be stopped, it's no joke. I'm still of the mindset that we should give them California and let them secede from the union o have their own little communist experiment. We can build a wall around it and they can leave actual America the fuck alone.
You know, when I thought about moving I thought about cities that looked cool, had jobs, etc. Now I look at who runs the cities/states. If it’s a donkey, it’s out.
I live in small town, semi-rural Nor Cal, surrounded mostly by small family farms. But 45 minutes away from the shithole country of Sacramento is too close. I want to get out but it's tough because nobody wants Californians coming into their town. I need to find a foothills town in a red, low tax, state where it doesn't snow much and there aren't too many joggers... Any recommendations?
A series of unlikely circumstances picked me up from the Cleveland, Ohio area and dropped me off in the Carolinas. I have never been so grateful as I am with all this going on.
Democrat police chief in a Democrat city, Democrat rioters supported by a Democrat mayor, paid for by Democrat voters. FUCK ALL OF THEM, LET THEM ALL BURN, THEY DESERVE IT.
I dont know much about those places honestly. However :
round rock is near austin and austin is filled with MANY liberals, antifa, proud communist, socialist. think of austin like reddit/r/politics - but in real life. THAT SAID - ive never spent real time in round rock. not sure what the culture is like there.
new braunfels is kinda a tourist city. lots of people coming in the summer time to float the river, etc. lots of drunk college kids, etc. new braunfels is near san antonio , which is a big city with a big hispanic population.
Seriously? Houston is cucked and has the worst Police Chief in the state, Art Acevedo.
San Antonio is where the Castro brothers come from and is run by Commies and gays. It's probably the best of the bad larhe cities in Texas, but it isn't good and is getting worse.
The plandemic nuked my job and I had to move from the city where most of my work was. 3 weeks later, this happens. I have a hell of an intuition.
Look on the bright side: you got out of Babylon just in time to see the city burn from a safe distance.
I've been WFH since this plandemic started and the riots are getting started in the city where my office is... let's just say I'm not showing up in the office again any time soon.
lol, me too. riots intensify "Oh look, my office is on tv..."
If your boss is dumb enough to ask why you're not at work... you need to find a new boss...
I've been realizing the Bible really does explain alot of what's been going on.
There's a reason why it's called scripture.
If you want to know what's on God's mind... you gotta read the true script...
Jesus is looking out for you.
Now those under the thumb of the democrat machine sooner or later must ask, "What, really, was gained?" Here's my recommendation: if you're in the middle of a major city the safest direction is OUT.
If the number on the population sign is six figures large... or starts with a number bigger than two: KEEP GOING
I bought a mountain top and valley with caves and two water sources. Come at me, commies.
That sounds amazing!
Thanks! It is. Very rugged, lush, and beautiful.
It is in the American character to choose sites for homes, factories, and towns after taking into consideration the defensibility. it hurts to see other people live out your dream
Means nothing unless you're procreating and teaching.

No need for you to tell me it means nothing.
I'm assuming you can read but I'll repeat it for you - "Means nothing unless you're procreating and teaching."

Kind of heard to do so when women not only demand the moon but the stars and the sky as well.
There's also this shit happening, too. Looks like I ain't having kids for a long, long time.
Hardly, it was a general point being made and an accurate one. Obviously I don't know them personally. He easily could have responded "Damn straight, which is why I have X kids." Instead he took some victim angle.
You are faggot
Ouch bro
I've never been a victim and never will be because I plan ahead. I work hard, have been successful, and never begrudge other's accomplishments.
Using your own words, what you say means nothing. I simply pointed out your BS and put you in your place. MAGA better, friend.
Put in my place? I still don't get what's going on here, I made a general statement. I've met many people who consider themselves patriots yet they don't have kids and have no plans to, this is a real issue. You took it personally which is why you detailed your family tree, that's on you not me.

Some beautiful places are nice to visit, but living under Democrat policies isn’t worth residing there.
Agreed. My wife and I are at the point where we can't see the beauty of WA without thinking "yeah butt... the stupid runs so deep and keeps rising up daily now."
Come to Alabama
Yes. Lowest unemployment rate in the country, right?
Just do not bring any iota of their shitty policies.
We are at a stage we have to check whether everyone coming from liberal shitholes completely understands the text and spirit of the us constitutions and the principles behind it.
It's funny until you realize they have imported enough friends to out-vote you, and now they've revoked your constitutional rights (Virginian here)
I'm coming from Cali and I'm based AF.
I'm so glad I moved in March. Got out right before covid and my old city Louisville is trying to burn itself to the ground.
Now I live in the sticks and I have the woods for neighbors. It's very peaceful
We should be moving into them, not out of them.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP RETREATING!!!
I don't think of it as retreating as much as monetarily supporting a different economy. Put you tax dollars into a sub-system that supports liberty and freedom.
And also importantly deprives the blue systems that allowed the riots to occur of as much funds as possible.
Starve the Beast.
idk man, a drop in an ocean of illegals and leftists seems like a waste, especially when me and my families safety is at stake. Kinda rather shore up the base somewhere that truly matters.
Holding the high ground is pointless if it's within artillery range.
Putting your life at risk isn't worth it. Feeding the beast with your tax dollars (because you live in said shithole) is doubly not worth it.
I would say get out while you can... but for some people it's already too late...
If you're in range of them, doesn't that mean they're in range of you? - Philosoraptor, probably
Means nothing unless you're willing to fire... and in the case of this analogy... we're not ready to fire yet.
My family has been attacked by cny urban scum for 2 years. Og’s using these kids becuase they won’t get charged. Disgusting. Finally we loved out this last weekend.
Dodging bullets otw out literally. The scum shooting up the streets for ‘injustices’.
Thanks for making me a 2A supporter, Thugs.
Welcome to the fold fren. Remember...gun control means hitting your target. Stay frosty.
It’s a nice feeling. My home insurance just became 1000’s better than my auto at a 12th of the cost.
Not bad if your rent but man I feel for people that own a house or are paying off a house and live in certain areas. With the growing recession, some people are going to be stuck in place for the better part of this decade.

Not if good men come from shit holes to make good jobs. That's what I'm doing- putting my skills and money to work for the local economy.
I'll assist my new neighbors with rejecting liberals. They hate rejection
Thankfully, work from home is catching on.
At least the Chinese virus helped build infrastructure to work remotely.
Fuck cities. To a new era of family, suburban life.
We're going to have to have armed guards at the polling stations probably...that is, if things haven't devolved by that point. This shit isn't going away any time soon.

At least three people have died in Indianapolis, and the downtown is trashed.
It's certainly not as bad as it is in Chicago or NYC, but it's not good.
Stay locked and loaded. Be careful. Maybe find out if your neighbors are based, too.
I saved this one just for the little mouse on Pepes head XD
I think I made a mistake moving to the Pittsburgh area lol. Just so I can find job opportunities(still haven't worked since I moved in 3 weeks ago), use transit and be closer to relatives in Philly.

my wife and I are seriously thinking about moving to either Montana or Wyoming. MN is getting so bad but family is keeping us here...for now
Both would be beautiful places to live.
I just applied for a job in Wyoming. At first I was a little unsure about moving so far away from where I am now, but after this weekend, it's looking better and better out there.

Yes. College towns are commie strongholds. Luckily in my red city, there aren't enough of them to overpower the red voters.
Anyone hiring in west Virginia? Got me a fancy college degree, and am a qualifying disabled vet.
Want to get out of here and move to the hills with my family.
WV is beautiful!! also, great whitewater rafting on the Gauley River.
You know, when I thought about moving I thought about cities that looked cool, had jobs, etc. Now I look at who runs the cities/states. If it’s a donkey, it’s out.
Fren... we don't win by waiting out the storm.
We win... by taking territory.
People retreating from Minneapolis will come to WI now :(.
Blue state in Nov. Sorry guys.
Yep. Putting my house up for sale next week.
I live in small town, semi-rural Nor Cal, surrounded mostly by small family farms. But 45 minutes away from the shithole country of Sacramento is too close. They aren't all leftwingers. In the election in 2018, the new California residents got Cruz the win over Beta. I hope it stays that way.
Unfortunately I live in an Atlanta suburb, although I hate ATL I cant move because my job.
Democrat police chief in a Democrat city, Democrat rioters supported by a Democrat mayor, paid for by Democrat voters. FUCK ALL OF THEM, LET THEM ALL BURN, THEY DESERVE IT.
I still love Scottsdale even though the Mayor and the chief of police are shit. But the mayor is out this year.
I have faith my city won’t turn blue anytime soon after what happened over the weekend.
As soon as I’m done with school I’m getting the fuck out of the state I’ve spent my entire life in.
Hi, fren! 🐸👍
I'd want to, but that's what they want. I'd rather stand my ground and defend where I was born.
Texas has Dem cities which do not suck
I dont know much about those places honestly. However :

Houston just had a Floyd rally with 60k+ people. No riots, no looting, no chaos, no fires.
You clearly dont know shit about Houston or Texas.
Houston votes Dem but has a TON of (R)
Comfy
