I live in small town, semi-rural Nor Cal, surrounded mostly by small family farms. But 45 minutes away from the shithole country of Sacramento is too close. I want to get out but it's tough because nobody wants Californians coming into their town. I need to find a foothills town in a red, low tax, state where it doesn't snow much and there aren't too many joggers... Any recommendations?
