Not bad if your rent but man I feel for people that own a house or are paying off a house and live in certain areas. With the growing recession, some people are going to be stuck in place for the better part of this decade.
I knew plenty of people that got fucked in 2008. Some of them weren't able to do much of anything for 6 years.
Even with things like tourism which is a big part of most places. Are people going to go to New York for any type of Holiday in the next couple of years?
