Living in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Trump-supporting conservative is an incredibly lonely existence. I post often on local social media groups in defense of Trump and am unceasingly ridiculed and attacked. It truly feels like it’s me against the world. I visit this site to remind me that I’m not so alone after all.
I work with idiots too. Only just discovered another patriot at work by showing him nick dipalo's podcast. We quietly joked about how the left catches a case of the vapors at the mention of loving America. I used to love my job. Now I fear I'll lose it because I'm known to be pro American. The owners a great guy but his choice of employees is a little wonky. Oh well, I'll find another. Love you, pede.
It hit me the other day when I saw a man in Portland getting attacked for waving the American flag. Let that sink in. Saying you love America is akin to being a Nazi in this climate. We are in the midst of a cultural revolution in the name of communism and if we don’t dial it back now it might be too late.
I have feared this for decades. My children (in their 20s) are not prepared. I fear I've failed them as a father. The next generation will be challenged with hardships that we can't fathom due to the prosperity of our forefathers grit.
I was exactly like you through 2016. In SF, (non-vocal) Trump supporter at that time and feeling so isolated it got to the point that I felt it could be affecting my mental state.
I packed up and moved. Couldn’t be happier.
You don’t have to suffer, Fren. Find a better place where you can be yourself. Objectively, SF is really not that cool of a city.
I did a tour about a year ago. Probably my most successful win was redpill microdosing two of my flat mates. The third flat mate is an impotent lefty so it’s only a matter of time before the redpill sinks in. Can’t imagine what it’s like over there now.
