Both autopsies will reach the same conclusion. Asphyxiation. But one will also have comorbidities which are irrelevant in this case. If he died after a brief struggle to restrain him, it would make a difference. But he was under control long before the knee came off. If he was violent enough, then shackles and handcuffs. But this was way past what was necessary. It's not even a close call.
That said, even the peaceful demonstrations are premature and violence and looting are NEVER protected. That is an insurrection.
