OMG. The judges are now arguing with the State Dept attorney that this case is moot. The lawyer is saying it's not and the judges are saying that it is. More Sullivan nonsense.

I don't know the answer but I am hoping it can be appealed up. When I was listening to the female Judge banter with the JW Atty. they were talking of Supreme court presedence. The Judge was dismissive and it felt like she was trying to work around the argument. Fix is in at this court.
