Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. However, if people are upset over police brutality and corruption, you don't burn down business and neighborhoods. The people who corrupt the cops they are protesting want that behavior.
Who allows for corruption and protects the dirty cops? Mayor? DA? AG? State Governor? It definitely isn't the small businesses and neighborhoods. If some stranger attacks you, you don't beat up your grandma and uncle who had nothing to do with it.
