If we can win over most independents and centrists, and flip even 5% of the left over to our side, we win EVERYTHING. This isn't about winning over the devout leftists, not yet at least. They will be broken by forcing them into a permanent position of weakness and helplessness, with the only way out being the simple decision to become a civilized adult.
