I am not super dismissive of 2A at all, what I am pointing out here is that he was suspicious enough to be taken into custody and the appearance of man attempting to present his visual profile as a member of the military, just as most states are going to be deploying the guard to move protests along is not a coincidence by any means.
I believe we have potentially stopped a drastically terrible false flag here, and am now more concerned that there are others waiting to go.
If it turns out he was just wandering around in full milspec gear with his M16A4 and a bunch of 20 round mags because he was exercising his 2A rights? Then that's fine, give him his stuff back and tell him to keep it at home for awhile cause everyone's a bit on edge atm.
Not disagreeing with you, but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar and this looks like we potentially have pulled in a guy that might be part of a larger effort to destablize the United States, lets not SUSPEND his constitutional rights by any means, but for the moment, lets assume the worst and hope we're wrong.
