Want to stop the riots? File conspiracy to commit public disturbance, and shut down Twitter, F/B, and pretty much all the main stream media, because you could also throw in contributing to the delinquency, malfeasance, and a whole string of charges. But once you shut them down, suddenly, no way for them to grab attention...then what? Sit home and cry? go into their own neighborhoods and get their butts kicked? Yeah, don't think that's going to happen.
