I am worried about Joke Biden speaking at the Floyd funeral next week.

The guy is a lecherous idiot, but he can read a speech no questions asked.

I saw him do this at a funeral after the Boston bombing and I was blown away. He was in his element. He might do it again, and reboot his campaign.

Be vigilant my friends.

That, or the teleprompter will malfunction and Joe will fall into a story about how he ate a hammer on a bus to Saskatchewan because his pet frog had diabetes.

Please do not underestimate the risk. This is a situation where there is a ton of pathos, and the media is ready to gush at even semi-coherent thoughts spilling out of his mouth. And remember that he does not have to take any questions. It is custom made for him. Take my word when I say that I have seen him do it and he is really good at this one thing. Mark my words, he will be completely lionized from sea to shining sea after this speech.

Custom made for Biden:

  • cheap prepared words
  • no action required
  • no questions
  • no thinking on his feet.
  • gets to use Obama.

I don't know if you've seen him lately but he couldn't read a magazine with 84 point font let alone a teleprompter.

I hope you are right and that he stumbles.

But I have seen him really shine in A moment like this, and they will rehearse him like crazy to make sure it goes well

There's no fixing him. Rags like The Atlantic have already resigned themselves to the idea that they're voting for his cabinet/administration at this point. You're spot on if you're talking about years ago, say him vs. Paul Ryan in those old debates.

But to say he's a shell of that now would be an insult to shells.
