I'm not going to say there is no problem, but I will say there is no targeted problem. Police brutality is very rare, but still shouldn't really be a problem at all.

The thing that I hate is there is zero evidence it disproportionately impacts blacks. The truth is the opposite - black Americans are less likely to be victims than white Americans.
