I can only speak for Boston, but tonight it was definitely tamer. The rioters were throwing fireworks and bottles at the police but the overwhelming police presence back them up almost 10 blocks to where they originally started.
They were protesting outside the state building (even though literally no one is in it, idiots) and there were signs and “Fuck Donald Trump chants) but overall not much stuck out.
Honestly for the stragglers that were sticking around I wish the police just swooped in and arrested them but I think if they had it would have given them a reason to continue the violence
