Emptying prisons seemed odd when it happened but now, in light of all the rioting and looting it seems even more suspicious.
Why else would they let criminals walk and threaten to lock up 77 year old barbers, if not to stoke civil unrest?
They clearly have motive and opportunity, but is there actual evidence, other than paying to bailout "protesters"?
I'm thinking we need to analyze who exactly is being bailed out. If they're bailing out white protesters more than black, it would be another line of evidence, since Antifas tend to be white.

Of note is that three states getting hit hard by looting (Cali, NY, and Washington) are the top three for inmates released. Couldn't find numbers for Minnesota.
