I can’t vote ny and won’t make it my primary residence for tax reasons but I think maybe local elections you might be able to make a difference but gov the state will always go blue. The unions “not the members” have got their cash cow and they won’t upset that. The area I’m in I know of a few businesses that won’t reopen. A few for sale which frankly won’t get bought. Like the concrete cancer that the city is it will continue to cause issues for the better part of the state.

I left nj because I hate the tristate for 10 years, only back for aging parents and work. The thing that city people don’t get is that when you’re an asshole, word gets out in smaller communities.
