Fuckwits on twitter are circulating it as proof of cops inciting violence. I wanted to see if this video has literally any merit and came here since twitter and social media is not a reliable source.

I can’t find a clearer video, a longer video, or a confirmation on the date or place. I just figured if this is fake news, we nip it in the bud with facts and evidence. Was hoping yall could help
