Can anyone confirm the DC Circuit court made a ruling? I'm not finding that anywhere. The hearing was just yesterday.

Seems the court was leaning slightly in favor of JW. If this is an inside update then it would seem the judges ruled against Crooked.
Yes, I understand there was a hearing. There has not been a ruling on that hearing, to my knowledge.

It seems oddly flippant to throw that into the last paragraph of the blog. I'm suspecting they had that prepared as an update and it slipped into the published blog? I don't know. I don't see anywhere that the Court actually made a ruling.

I think Killary was just filing a motion to quash the subpoena compelling her to appear. If that motion was rejected, then the case (and subpoena) would proceed and she would be required to appear as ordered.
